This year's U-pick season was one we'll never forget. A tough frost hit our aurora variety hard, and we weren't sure what to expect. But what happened next blew us away — our U-pick turnout doubled.
People came out to pick Honeyberries straight from the field, and the energy was incredible. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so genuinely excited to be here. You uplifted our spirits more than you know.
The frost damage was a good humbling even haskaps can lose fruit! Our borealis series had a great yield this season after 20 degree nights in May. Their later flowering may have been the difference.
